School/Group Programs

Thousands of students from every year participate in education programs with Ohio River Foundation. Students climb into rivers to study fish, macroinvertebrates, and water quality through our River Explorer Program. They learn about their local watersheds and aquatic ecology through our in-school Wonderful Watersheds Program. And they learn about, design and install rain gardens through the School Rain Garden Program. Learn more about our education programs, and the great things students are doing to improve academic performance, develop stewardship ethics, and protect the Ohio River Watershed through our education programs.
